I’ve found that placing the links in random posts from time to time in a way that makes them look like tags works wonders.

I don’t use them in every post, just posts where I can generate unit with a great keyword.

No, it's not only available to sites from the USA. I am from the UK and they contacted me a week or so ago inviting me in.

I am struggling to figure out where to place their ads so at present haven't gone ahead with the invite. If Zac ends up having a good experience, I will give them a try.
