Motive Interactive Bonus to New Affiliates

I’ve been working with Motive Interactive for a few months now and they have great looking network, as well as some original offers. Like most networks, Motive Interactive isn’t run off the DirectSystem and instead has a very impressive AJAX system which lets you quickly navigate through the site and easily preview creatives and landing pages. Another highlight to working with Motive Interactive is that my good friend Sam Harrelson just recently took the position of Director of Performance Marketing at the company.

I was looking at their network email I received with their latest offers and at the top they had a new bonus offer I thought I’d share with everyone. It looks like Motive Interactive is rewarding any new affiliates that join their network and can earn $1,000 or $5,000 in their first month. The bonus amount is an extra 10% in earnings, as shown on the chart below.

Ultra Green Tea Still a Big Money Maker

Last week, I wrote on a new Ultra Green Tea weight loss offer that’s been doing pretty well. The offer is available through the Advaliant affiliate network. We are now are the halfway point through the month and once again I wanted to stress that there is still time for you to promote this offer and make some money. The earnings per click are down since the first post, but I’m not surprised, as this offer is getting more and more saturated as time goes on.

Ad testing during the first week showed the campaign has potential.

Less than two weeks after running the campaign, I’m seeing $4000+ in Revenue.

I’ll keep you updated as the month goes on with the progress of this campaign, and how it performs with Canadian traffic. One thing this campaign has made me think about, is how well an offer like this performs… which means coming up with a product or service like this (free trial leading to paid membership), could become very lucrative very fast.

Create Killer Landing Pages - Free Template

I get questions all the time about landing pages and what are the best ways to create them. Instead of writing a post on what you should focus on, I will simply take an existing ad campaign from MarketLeverage, and made a real landing page out of. I also made the base template design for the landing page, so you can save it and use it for any future campaigns you want to test. The campaign that this landing page is going to focus on, is for NiteTrim, which is currently paying $25 per lead through MarketLeverage, and you get paid on the user paying for shipping and handling.

First, let look at the default template and what we are going to do with it (below). What I did was create a default landing page that can be used for almost any offer you want to promote. All you need to do is rewrite the text to make it apply to the actual offer.

Now that we have a base design, all we need to do is modify the design to match the NiteTrim offer and make it appeal to the visitor. After adding a new “targeted” picture and content, you will see the custom landing page template now looks like a full dedicated offer landing page for NiteTrim. Play around with colors and wording for the best visual effects.

Golden Tips for Testing Landing Pages

- Rotate & Test Images: Right now I have an image of a girl measuring her waist on the landing page. After I would go live with this ad campaign, it would be smart to build several other landing pages with a different picture of images. Possibilities include, actual product, other weight loss pictures, different girls and more.

- Add Testimonials or Legitimacy to Your Campaigns: On the landing page created for NiteTrim, you will also see that I created an image to show the product was features on several well known tv shows and new sources. To stress the product even further, I added a full testimonial and before/after pictures.

- Call to Action: Probably the most important feature of your landing page, is the “Call to Action“. What text are you going to use to convince your users to click further and hopefully convert them into a sale. “Lose Up to 10lbs. in Just 7 Days” is an excellent header right in their face. Then the “Claim 1 Month FREE Supply Now!” and the “Try It Free Today” are stressing the point even further.

Advaliant Ultra Green Tea Lean Affiliate Contest

Up and coming affiliate network Advaliant, is holding a promotion this month to award top affiliates on their promotion with a very successful offer called Ultra Green Tea Lean. Original Advaliant was going to award the top SEVEN affiliates, based upon their leads sent for the month… I received an email yesterday letting me know that they are increasing their cash prizes award to 15 more affiliates… making it a total of 22 affiliate prizes. Low Cost Landing Pages from LPWhiz

Picking the right offer is key to a successful in pay per click campaign, but having a great landing page is nearly just as important. With more and more ad networks and search engines not allowing direct linking, you need to create a landing page or mini site. Even networks and advertisers themselves are requiring a middle page in between the search visitor and their offer page. Many affiliates out source their landing page design, and some actually create their own. Unfortunately, not all of us are graphic designers… and that’s where LPWhiz.com comes into play. By offering a membership service LPWhiz.com will provide you with new landing pages each month, along with ad creative, keywords and the networks you should join to promote your campaign.

HOW MUCH IS IT & WHAT DO YOU GET:
For a monthly cost of $29.95, you will have account access to 20 different landing pages each month. In addition to landing pages, LPWhiz also promises a list of master picked keyword lists, tested ad copies, a private member forum, occasional ebooks, scripts and exclusive design services.

EXPLORING THE DOWNLOAD:
Each niche download has their own zip file and is broken down into several easy to read files. Ad Copies, Affiliate Programs, Keywords, Screenshot Image and the “landing page” folder, which is your actual landing page to upload and work with.

AFFILIATE PROGRAMS:
If you aren’t already signed up with a bunch of affiliate networks, or don’t want to search through them all for the best payout or to find a related offer to run with your niche landing page, LPWhiz has done the work for you. The “Affiliate-Programs.xls” file breaks down a few related offers, what networks you can find them on, action needed to obtain a lead, and it’s payout. KEYWORDS:
The keywords files is a simple excel spreadsheet which listed a couple hundred keywords pertaining to the niche and campaign topic. This may be useful for any newbie, or lazy ppc marketers (that want to run a quick test campaign), as this same type of list can be obtained by using a “search suggestion” tool via MSN AdCenter, Yahoo Search or Google AdWords. As a last reference, you can run through the list to make sure that you haven’t missed any last keywords.

TESTED AD COPY:
In addition to the keywords, you are also provided with “tested” ad copy choices for your campaign. The campaign in red, is recommended as the performer over the others. If you were to actually setup a campaign using these ad copies, be sure to split test and see which works best.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM:
For paid members of LPWhiz, they also have an affiliate program. Members will earn 40% commission on all sales for LIFE. For each paid member, you would receive $12 per month, for every month they stay a member. If you are looking to join LPWhiz for the landing pages, then just refer two other members to the network, your monthly subscription bill would almost be paid for. A benefit of being a subscriber to the LPWhiz service, is that only paid members can take part in their affiliate program, so there won’t be much ad competition.

SITE SUGGESTION:
Inside the members area, there are a few banners available for the LPWhiz affiliate program. The banners are attractive, but the overall site of LPWhiz looks very simple. As a customer, I would like to see this web site with a better and cleaner design. There should also be some type of logo design or “.com” in the domain text graphic on top. Do you have any other suggestions for the site?

Summary:
For those affiliates and ppc marketers out there that aren’t currently designing their own landing pages and would like to test a new source, LPWhiz.com might be useful for you. I think most of the keywords and ad copy are pretty general information added to each niche landing page, but that’s what it is… something extra to sweeten the deal. Most freelance designers are charging anywhere from $30-$60 per landing page design, while through LPWhiz.com, you only pay $29.95 per month, which comes out to $1.50 per landing page. In the end I think it will really come down to how many people are using the site, as you wouldn’t want too many competitors using your same landing pages (Members can request custom landing page designs for $35 each, which won’t be shared by others).
