EmigrantDirect.com is the bank I use for high yields.

Currently 5.05%. Consistently competitive rates with other Internet banks.

HSBC Direct is another good one…I think they start you out at 6% on money deposited before April 30 and then it drops to 5.05%…which isn't bad either.
