Had a few questions about promoting Nutrisystem.
You mention the Traffic Allowed:Banners, Text
Can you give me some examples of advertising with Banners & Text??
From my understanding when using banners is you find a blog/website that is promoting weight loss or a similar niche and pay for advertising for that banner?? like what you have on your blog "advertise on Zac Johnson"
Now onto to text. Does this refer to having a blog/website and write for example an article on losing weight/weight loss, etc. and promoting a link [redirect] to Nutrisystems landing page within the article??

Banners: Once you are logged into the participating network, the advertiser will have a selection of banners for you to pick and choose from. Once doing so, you can place these banners on your blog or web site.
Text: This simply means you can using any text provided by the advertiser within the network, or you can setup simple text links on your site. Writing an article or post on the topic, then linking to the offer is also encouraged.

Appreciate the reply, so basically with either banners or text you need to setup a blog or website and drive traffic to these sites.
Regarding traffic, is PPC the best method? I know about article writing are these any other low cost methods to generate traffic?

PPC is the fastest method, without an existing web site or traffic source. Other low cost methods are utilizing social networks to get in contact with other people fast, but this is usually not encouraged by ad networks.
I would recommend PPC, or focus on a legitimate site you want to continually work on and grow.
Nutrisystem is a great program! It seems like everyone wants to slim down now, while us Bloggers are watching our wallets get nice and fat!
but the bid price must be high….
