Scratchback is cool. You might be interested to know there is a similar widget available at http://www.bringabuddy.net. It allows for link sales as well as rewarding visitors for referrals…

I think it would work best on a blog, as people learn from the blogger and can relate to the users traffic. So a "tip" and link back would be more beneficial. I'm sure ScratchBack would work on any regular site as well.

Thanks for the link, Zac. I'm fairly happy with how it's going so far – I think it's important to remember that this is a 'tip' rather than an advertising spot. It's nice to be able to give back to the blogger and get something in return – which is exactly why this widget was made in the first place.

I am looking forward to getting my new shirt and I'll get some pictures up ASAP when I do.

I have added scratchback to my new blog, it is located on the single pages between the post and the comments section. I am about to launch my blog though and might remove it, I’m still not sure if its worth having it there or not at launch as It makes my blog look empty

A $25 tip?! Now I'm thinking that mine is too low! It's currently set at only $2 since I'm only starting to promote it. Anyway, it's nice to see that you've made a huge amount of "profit" from this.
