7 Mind Blowing Entrepreneur Interviews You Can’t Miss
There is simply no better way to learn anything than to actually get your hands in there and just start doing it. However, at the same time it’s important to learn from others to understand the struggles, failures and highs and lows of what it takes to become successful.
In the world of the internet, everyone’s success looks like an overnight success story, but they are not! Rarely do you hear about the disasters and years of work it took before getting that million dollar deal or finding hitting that tipping point.

7 Amazingly Successful Entrepreneurs You Can Learn From
As we come up on the 50th episode of the Rise of the Entrepreneur podcast, it’s important to remember the past, in order to move ahead. Looking back at my past episodes, I hand selected some of my favorite interviews that not only had great success stories, but also took the time to share important business lessons and advice, while also covering the various trials and tribulations of being an entrepreneur.
One of the most famous names to come out of affiliate marketing is Jeremy Schoemaker, also known as “ShoeMoney”.
Many people are already familiar with Shoemoney and especially his $132,994.97 Google Adsense check. If you’ve ever done anything in affiliate marketing, you’ve probably already come across his blog at ShoeMoney.com or even ran into him at any of the major affiliate / internet marketing events.
A lot has changed for Jeremy over the years. He’s made the progression from an affiliate marketer to creating his own sites and businesses (also selling several of them), and now focusing his efforts on his PAR Program. During the process he’s also launched his own book “Nothing’s Changed But My Change” and become an Amazon.com best seller.
John Chow is one of the most well known and successful bloggers in the world. If you’ve ever Google’d “how to make money online” or “how to make money blogging”, you’ve probably come across his name and site several times.
The amazing thing about John Chow was that he was never supposed to make money with his blog in the first place. What was originally just going to be a blog on his personal life and what he ate for lunch, soon became a “money making case study”. As John learned new and exciting ways to monetize his blog content and audience, the money just kept rolling in.
Jump forward several years later and his blog is now generating over six-figures per month, and most of it recurring and automated through his amazing sales funnel system — all of which John talks about in this episode.
Peter Nguyen is an entrepreneur who has had amazing success online through multiple businesses. However, before all of the success and joy in Peter’s life today, came much heartbreak and struggle.
Many entrepreneurs will share their stories of success, but it’s the struggle and failures that you hear even less of. Peter was featured in the Living Dot Com documentary along with me and got the opportunity to share his story with everyone. As a child, Peter experienced the death of his father right before his eyes. It was from this moment on that Peter would make sure that he would get the most out of his life and be the best Peter that he could possibly be — all for his father and everyone else in his life.
For Timothy Sykes, buying and selling stocks isn’t just about investing in his future, it’s a way of life.
While many investors in the stock market are picking and choosing stocks that look like they have a future headed for success, Tim Sykes is eating, sleeping and breathing the future of stocks. Not only is Sykes a master at stock picking, but he also has a 70% success rate and is not only buying stocks, but he’s shorting them as well.
The best part of all of this is that Tim isn’t keeping his passion and gift of stock picking to himself… he’s sharing it with others and making new millionaires along the way.
John Lee Dumas is one of the top podcasters in the world and he’s currently making over six figures a month through the use of in-show advertisements and monetizing his audience through Podcaster’s Paradise and online courses.
It’s easy to take a look at John’s success and financial numbers today and be jealous and say you want to be him… however, everything wasn’t so glitz and glamour for Mr. Dumas. Just a few years ago John was trying to figure out where he was going to find his place in this world. After serving his time in the Army and traveling across the U.S. trying to find his next job, John then stumbled into the world of podcasting.
John knew there was a need for a daily podcast show when he ran out of podcasts to listen to while on his way to and from work… and the rest is history!
Larry Benet is known as “The Connector”, and I first had the pleasure of meeting him while at a conference in Las Vegas.
Long story short… I was invited to a private dinner by a good friend of mine, which Larry was also attending. The takeaway here is that if I didn’t make that initial contact with my close friend years ago, I likely never would have been invited to the party and end up connecting with Larry.
No matter if your business is just starting, offline, online or a multi-billion dollar company, the value offered through this episode is off the charts and it’s one of my favorites so far. The real life experiences and value that Larry offers in this episode is just like sitting in the room with the likes of Richard Branson or Tony Robbins and learning from the best — both of which Larry are good friends with!
Kristopher Jones is one of the most successful names you may hear come out of the world of internet and affiliate marketing.
After the launch of his company “PepperJam”, which was focused on selling his grandmothers jelly online, Kris knew he could do so much more. Jump forward a decade and his company became one of the largest internet and affiliate marketing companies in the industry and was not only acquired once, but twice — and the second time was from eBay!
In addition to being a close friend of mine, Kris is also a great person and will always take the time to help those around him. This is something he also did before the sale of his company, making sure all of his employees were setup with future job security as well.
