Live from Affiliate Summit East in Boston
What seemed like mission impossible, is now finally a reality… Yes, I am in Boston at Affiliate Summit East 2008. Having anxiously waited months for the event, and having never missed an Affiliate Summit so far… I would not want this to be my first. Two days ago I started feeling horrible and went to the doctor and was told I had a stomach virus. At one point I was ready to cancel the 5 hour drive up to Boston, and possibly miss the first day or the whole event. Fortunately I felt better the next day (and pretty much back to normal now). My father came over and we were getting ready for the trip… right as we were leaving we noticed the car had a flat tire! It seemed like I was just not supposed to get here this year, but despite the problems past I have made it!
Unfortunately we arrived right before the Meet Market closed, but other than that, everything has been great so far. The Boston Seaport Hotel is real nice and has a nice desk and computer setup in every room. I’ve already run into several of my Twitter followers and blog readers and excited to see who I meet throughout the event.
Check back often as I will continually update the blog with my happenings and events at Affiliate Summit. Hopefully I can grab some nice gifts from the exhibit hall and give them away on the blog!
Glad you made it, Zac. I look forward to seeing you Monday.
I saw you for a second on the ShareASale boat tonight, but didn't make it over before you moved on.
Have fun Zac. I look forward to reading about your experience.
Have fun at the affiliate summit Zac
Enjoy yourself! After the bit of adversity you've faced getting there, you deserve it.
Zac,
It was great to finally meet you! 🙂 Hopefully we'll have more time to chat.

Enjoy your time there. We will wait for your post about the meeting, and of course the gift 🙂
Cool, pretty impressive! Have fun 🙂
I have promised myself that i will go to one of these myself one of these days 🙂
Glad to be updated from there. I can't go in there because I AM NOT 21… I hate that. I think AS should just give under 21 a wrist band saying they can't drink … what is so hard about that?
Same position as u Syed – damn age restrictions!!!
