Say “Hello” to Foxy!

Say “Hello” to the newest employee of MoneyReign Inc. 🙂 Today FOXY became part of the family and was rescued from Burlington, NJ animal shelter. Not only will Foxy handle MoneyReign, Inc. collections and fraud department, but she also gets paid in bones! Reena and I have been visiting a few animal shelters in the area and were just looking around to see if there were any dogs that we meant for us. After seeing a few dogs, none of them showed the love and affection we were looking for, like Super Rocky Dog! We then were looking through PetFinder and found Foxy’s profile page.

It was URGENT for Foxy to be rescued and adopted, so we sent an email over to see if we could visit her. Lorainne from the Burlington County Animal Alliance www.bcaaofnj.org, got back to us and said she would bring Foxy to us and see how everything worked out. Today we anxiously awaited for Foxy to arrive, with no idea on how she would act or treat us. Foxy is 5 years old and has a sad and crummy past, but her future with us is sure to be bright! To our surprise, Foxy is perfect and has shown us so much love and affection.

  1. Zac….. I love her! I am so glad that you and Reena looked for a dog that needed rescuing! Old dogs need new homes too! If I ever become rich… one of the first things I would do with the money is open a huge no-kill shelter for pets.

  6. I think this is one of the reasons I follow your blog. Not just because of the great advice I get from you, but because you're not afraid to show the world that you're just a regular guy.

This is a cool thing you've done, and I'm so happy that you found a new friend, and Foxy has found a new home. Congrats to both of you.

  7. Watch out Zac, it could be a Dingo disguised as a domesticated dog. Just keep it away from babies and you should be fine.

Jk! I got my dog a few years ago from a shelter. He had been beaten and he still thinks he is going to be hit whenever you initially start petting him.

  8. Hi Foxy! That's just awesome!

There's a shelter down here in Camden County (Lindenwold, I believe) that is going to have to close in July if they don't raise enough funds. It's the last no-kill shelter in the area… 🙁

  9. Congrats on the new dog! No dog is the same, so Foxy may not replace Rocky, but you'll can definitely love her for being Foxy.

I had no idea you were from NJ. I grew up in Union county, but live in Maryland now. It is a small world though.
