In the world of social networking and blogging, you may not think there is a lot of money to be made but there is actually a ton! It’s all about how well you can brand yourself and create a product and service around what you are good at.

Let’s take a look at three individuals who have become extremely good at what they do how they created brands around themselves, along with a massive social media following on Twitter and Facebook.

  • Darren Rowse – Creator of one of the web’s most popular blogs on the internet, problogger.net. @problogger
  • John Chow – This guy makes money by telling you how much money he makes online. JohnChow.com is ranked in the top 10,000 sites on the internet. @johnchow
  • Brian Clark – Just a few years ago Brian was a lawyer… not he runs Copyblogger.com and some of the web’s most popular blogs and wordpress related software, plugins and themes companies. @copyblogger
  • Jeremy Schoemaker – Best known a “ShoeMoney“… this once down and out worker has been raking in millions since focusing his efforts on internet marketing and now runs one of the most popular internet marketing blogs on the internet. @shoemoney

What do all of these individuals and brands have in common? Easy, they all specialize in what they do and they kick butt at doing it!

  1. 4 blogs I don't read anymore. Overrated and out of touch. I can't remember how many years it's been since Problogger has posted anything original.

    1. Lots of blogs tend to change over time. Often times we see bloggers lose focus on their blogs simply because they get so busy with their other work and bigger projects. Problogger seems to be mostly guest posts now.

      1. Yes. Perhaps there are other projects that the blog owner has taken up. Lets wait for the blog to revive. but I think even with guest posts the blog has not lost quality.

  3. Wow these are the magical figures which you can get also but for that you need to do those all things which they did so well in their life and when you will have followers around about one of that figure then you can get all those things for which you are looking in your life.

  6. I know all of them as I took visit the blogs of all these personalities. They are really good at blogging and it seems here clearly.

  7. Problogger is the only one that is worthwhile anymore. The other ones kind of lost my interest long time ago. Throw your blog into that mix you should be up there as far as popularity goes.
