Before the internet you only had a few options for running a business of your own. You could start a retail business, build a service or do what most people preferred, which was get into the world of real estate investing!
There is always going to be money to be made with real estate as their is always a need for new property, housing and especially office building and retail space. It’s no wonder why entrepreneurs like Donald Trump made billions and have such a passion for real estate investing.
Another huge benefit to entering the world of real estate is that there’s no requirement for higher education. Like internet business, you get what you put in. Sure, you will need some certification for a real estate license, but the rest of your success comes down to passion and desire to succeed!

Tom Cafarella is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor. Through his passion for real estate, Tom has been able to create a lifestyle and business around something he enjoys, while teaching others how to do the same through his real estate investment company.
Like many of us Tom went to the usual route and went to college only to find himself in a career he was originally excited about, but then quickly hated. While working as an accountant, all Tom thought about was his passion for real estate and what he could be doing if he wasn’t stuck in his dead end job as an accountant. Soon enough Tom put is efforts and focus on his real estate dream and starting to make things happen… one small deal at a time. Once things started to come together for Tom, he grew his one man operation into a multi-person company and is now doing over 50+ deals and renovations per year in the greater Boston area.
